🚚 1. Order Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

- Preorders or backordered items will be dispatched based on the timeline mentioned on the product page or communicated via email.


📦 2. Shipping Within India

- Free shipping is available on all domestic orders across India.

- Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and other trusted logistics partners.

- Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), depending on your location.

- Some remote or non-serviceable pin codes may attract additional charges or delivery delays. If your area falls in this category, we will reach out to discuss the best course of action. 


🌎 3. International Shipping

- Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.

- Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from the date of dispatch.

- Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

- Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.


📬 4. Order Tracking

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect after shipment.


❗ 5. Delays & Exceptions

We are not liable for delivery delays due to:

- Courier partner issues

- Natural disasters or strikes

- Customs inspections

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

- If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier will re-attempt as per their policy. If the package is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, re-delivery charges will apply.


📦 6. Receiving Orders & Damaged Shipments

- If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record a video or photo during unboxing and notify us within 24–48 hours.

- Without visual proof of damage shared in time, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.


🔁 7. Failed Deliveries Due to Address Issues

- If an incorrect address is provided or the customer fails to collect the parcel after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us.

- Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
